What to expect
Tai Chi is often considered to by Chinese gymnastics or dynamic Yoga. For me, Tai Chi is the practical application of the life philosophy when movement and breathing are the basis for a healthy and long life.
First we do the warm-up/stretching and then go through basic three movements. Exercises will end up with meditation “The Small While of Buddha”.
Yaroslav Vasilchenko has trained in martial arts since 1997 and holds a black belt in Kung Fu from the Dao Bai Long School in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, as well as experience in Judo and Ju Jutsu Kai in Sweden. Deeply interested in the unseen and immaterial aspects of life, he now shares the knowledge and experiences passed on by his teachers through practices rooted in meaning, strength, and compassion.
