TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Organiser and Contact Details

The festival is organised by:

Hereinafter referred to as the Organiser.

 

2. Ticket Sales and Agreements

Tickets are sold via an external ticket provider: Tickster AB.

Upon purchasing a ticket, two separate contractual relationships are entered into:

  • A purchase agreement between the visitor and the ticket provider regarding payment and ticket handling.

  • An agreement between the visitor and the Organiser regarding participation in the festival under these Terms and Conditions.

 

The ticket provider is responsible for:

  • payment processing

  • ticket distribution

  • technical ticket-related matters

  • the majority of customer support related to the ticketing system

 

Questions regarding payment, receipts, ticket delivery or technical issues must primarily be directed to the ticket provider.

The Organiser is not responsible for technical errors, system interruptions or payment solutions that fall within the ticket provider’s area of responsibility.

 

3. Refunds, Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

Tickets are non-refundable after purchase, except in the following cases:

  • The festival is cancelled in its entirety

  • The event date is significantly changed

  • A refund is required under mandatory law

 

In the event of cancellation, the Organiser is responsible for refunding the ticket’s face value. Refunds will be processed via the ticket provider according to their procedures. Service fees, booking fees, and costs related to travel, accommodation or other associated expenses will not be reimbursed. Programe changes, artist changes, or changes in content do not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

4. Programme and Content

The Organiser reserves the right to change artists, programme items, schedules, site layout and content without prior notice.

Such changes do not entitle the visitor to compensation or refund.

 

5. Safety and Visitor Responsibility

Participation in the festival is at the visitor’s own risk.

 

Visitors are required to:

  • comply with festival rules

  • follow safety instructions

  • follow staff directions

  • show consideration towards other visitors

 

The Organiser is not liable for:

  • personal belongings

  • injuries caused by other visitors

  • weather conditions

  • nature-related risks

 

The Organiser reserves the right to remove visitors who violate rules, behave disruptively or endanger safety. Removal will occur without refund.

 

The Organiser’s liability is limited to what follows from mandatory law.

 

6. Nature and Site Responsibility

The festival takes place in a natural environment. By attending, visitors agree to:

  • follow designated areas

  • refrain from damaging vegetation or wildlife

  • comply with fire and safety regulations

  • manage waste according to instructions

  • show particular consideration for the environment

 

Violation of these rules may result in removal without refund.

 

7. Photography, Filming and Documentation

Photography, filming and audio recording may take place during the festival.

By attending, visitors consent to potentially appearing in documentation that may be used in the Organiser’s marketing and communication, without compensation.

Visitors who do not wish to appear in such documentation are responsible for informing the Organiser in advance.

 

8. Force Majeure

The Organiser is not liable for cancellation or alteration of the event due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, including but not limited to:

  • extreme weather conditions

  • governmental decisions

  • fire

  • security threats

  • strikes

  • pandemics

  • other unforeseen events

 

In such cases, refunds may be limited to what is required by law.

 

9. Alcohol and Drugs

Parts of the festival area may be subject to alcohol serving permits under Swedish law.

It is prohibited to bring your own alcohol into designated serving areas.

The use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the event and police notification.

 

10. Minors

Minors attend under the responsibility of their legal guardian.

 

11. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and the ticket provider’s data protection terms.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

Data Controller

Forest Tribe AB (company registration number 559192-3825) is the data controller for the processing of personal data related to the organisation and execution of the festival.

 

Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed in order to:

  • administer the festival

  • communicate with visitors

  • fulfil legal obligations

  • carry out marketing activities (where consent has been given)

 

Processing is based on:

  • contractual necessity (ticket purchase)

  • legal obligation

  • legitimate interest

  • consent (where required)

 

Recipients of Data

Personal data may be shared with:

  • the ticket provider

  • payment service providers

  • technical service providers

  • public authorities where required by law

 

Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by applicable accounting and legal obligations.

 

Rights under GDPR

Visitors have the right to:

  • request access to their personal data

  • request rectification

  • request erasure

  • object to processing

  • request restriction of processing

  • lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY)
