What to expect

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and meditative style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. In yin yoga, poses are typically held for several minutes at a time, which helps target the connective tissues such as ligaments, joints, fascia, and deep muscles rather than just the muscles themselves.

Unlike more dynamic yoga styles, yin yoga encourages stillness, mindful breathing, and letting gravity do most of the work. The practice is often used to improve flexibility, increase circulation, reduce stress, and promote inner calm and mindfulness.
